Jaylon Henderson hat dem Verein folgende herzliche Botschaft übermittelt:

Thank you for 2 years I’ll never forget,

As a kid who grew up Never imagining what different places in the world were like the city of Potsdam truly welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to create memories that will last a lifetime. From game one, the support I received was none like I had ever imagined.

To the board thank you for always doing everything you could to make my life easier. Providing a way for me to be as successful as I could in any way possible. Thank you Jens, Eberhard, Lutz, Berti, and many more for your continued support and always believing in me. Your strong encouragement never went unnoticed.

To the volunteers, your hard work and dedication to making sure the team had everything they needed to succeed an any paths that were crossed. From providing meals, to helping out at games and practices, to making sure that every living situation was suitable for me so I could perform my best in all aspects of my job. Special thanks to Connie, and staff for your extremely consistent hard work behind the scenes to keep the program in an upward trajectory.

To the coaches, Thank you to coach Saul for taking a chance on me and believing in my abilities, allowing me to have two successful seasons that resulted in life changing experiences for me. I’ll never forget the days of you being my OC and giving me the freedom to better myself for now and the future. Our bond goes very deep and one that will last a lifetime. Thank you to berti for always making sure I had whatever I needed whenever I needed it to aid in my success at the royals. Your hard work behind the scenes was one that many people don’t understand how difficult it was to do. To viger, thank you for always challenging me day in and day out and believing in my skills that resulted in me becoming a better player. I wish you all the utmost success in your futures

To the physio staff, thank you Magda and Tihana, along with the entire staff at aktiv8 Potsdam (Sofia, Thaddeus, and tim) for ALWAYS being open to providing physio whenever I needed. Thank you for listening to my complaining about how bad whatever it was, was hurting. You all are my hero’s and my success on the field would not have been possible without you guys.

To the team Doctor in my first year Sandy, from Day one I walked into your office and said we are going to be best friends and sure enough, that’s exactly what happened our relationship and special bond we built throughout my two years in Potsdam will be another that will last a lifetime. Words can not describe how important you are to me. Thank you for always providing me with ANYTHING I needed, you were that protector and care giver away from home.

To my teammates, love you all to death. Battling day in and day out with you guys was a blast and we were able to create memories for ourselves that we’ll never forget. During my tenure we were able to get a 2PEAT which is very difficult but what I respected most is that everyday everyone showed up. Everyone bought in to the creed and everyone had the same goal. We will always be champions and no one will ever be able to take those moments away from us.

To fitness first, thank you to all of the staff members for going out of their way to create a bond with the players, thank you as well for providing a facility that the team could better themselves and prepare to go and compete I truly appreciate it.

And last but NOT least, to the fans. Thank you for your endless support whether we were a home game or hundreds of KM away, you guys were always there to support and were loud the entire game. You made playing the game in front of you a blast. Your support every game and around the city was truly special and really defines what Potsdam is all about Potsdam will always have a special place in my heart because of this and I’m truly grateful for you all.
